I offer local expertise in a home market tailored to meet your needs, and I am well versed in all areas of real estate including short sales, commercial, foreclosures, and land. I specialize in working with first time homebuyers, and as the daughter of a retired Marine, I love helping veterans and service members. Additionally, I am an original founding member of the non-profit, H.O.ME., and on the board of the American Veterans Ball.
I have lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1989, and been a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia since 2002. Providing sound and trustworthy advice to help you achieve your real estate goals even includes NOT buying or selling particular real estate at the present moment. I pride myself on my strong attention to detail, my years of reviewing and writing contracts and managing teams. I strive to make the process as pleasurable and stress-free for you as I can. In fact, I even deliver my clients stress relieving oils!
More About Me
I have been in the wellness, customer service and real estate industry my whole life. I am passionate about helping others and embrace a complete mind and body connection. I managed Gold’s Gym of Fredericksburg for 7 years and served as the Wellness and Membership Director. I bring the following skill sets to the table: strong negotiating, marketing, and people skills for financial wellness.
My Master of Science in Counseling further deepens my skill set and integrity as I navigate my client’s needs and best interest. I am full time and extremely active in the field of real estate with my team. I am the co-founder and partner agent of Zenergy Realty Group and am the owner and founder of Buy Sell Well. I am the proud mother of my daughter Nevaeh who is pursuing her dream of becoming a pediatrician.
